The raspberry icing tastes like it was freshly mixed with juicy raspberries and a generous helping of powdered sugar.  The icing was carefully spread over each of the eclairs to ensure the perfect ratio of raspberry to dough, ensuring that there was just enough of each flavor to come through without being overwhelming.
