COVID-19 Update regarding Deliveries
We are aware that a small percentage of customers have not received their orders on time. Aspire eCig UK are sending all orders out on time, unfortunately once royal-mail take over the delivery we have no control. Delays are expected in some areas because of staff shortages at royal-mail.
Please allow a few more days before contacting us. All late deliveries will arrive as we've been monitoring this since the lockdown started.

Please note: In the instance that you have purchased a product as an end user (customer), all warranty dealings and refunds under the sales of goods act be must be processed with the shop or outlet is was originally purchased from. We cannot offer a warranty or support if the product was not originally purchased from this website. Any vape shops telling you that we can deal with it are giving you the wrong information.
