You should be fully aware that any data (including but not limited to product descriptions) on this website may not by fully up to date or currently accurate. We do attempt to maintain all information at an up to date reasonable level but you should not use any of the information as matter of fact or as reliable information. Any information or knowledge gathered from our website should not be used in anyway for medical purposes. If you have any doubts about the medical suitability of any of our products please seek advice immediately from a qualified person such as your local GP. UK Aspire eCig Limited cannot be held responsible at all for any medical issues that may arise from use of our products. UK Aspire eCig Limited have not carried out any medical research at this stage and therefore are not qualified to recommend a product's medical suitability for an individual person[s] to use. UK Aspire eCig Limited are the re-seller of products created outside our control and you take full responsibility for the use of our products regardless of the outcome. This does not impact your statutory rights.

This is necessary for 1account to verify that you meet the minimum age and identity verification requirements as determined by relevant UK age restriction legislation. 1account may retain relevant data for the purpose of future verification. All data processed by 1account is subject to appropriate security measures. Data retained by 1account is subject to periodic review to ensure it is not held for longer than necessary. This is necessary for 1account to verify that you meet the minimum age and identity verification requirements as determined by relevant UK age restriction legislation. We will record that your age has been successfully verified so that you don’t need to go through the process again.

Experian:

We are authorised to use any personal information, provided by you, to carry out and conduct relevant age verification checks. We use Experian to aid us in running the necessary checks to verify that you are over the age of 18. They will compare your details against over 1 billion records, that they hold on their system, to ensure that you are of the correct age to purchase our products. Experian is one of the largest and most trusted providers of age verification in the UK, so you can rest-assured that your personal information is in safe hands. VerifyMyAge:

If you purchase from any of our Marketplace stores, then we will use VerifyMyAge to ensure you are old enough to purchase our products. VerifyMyAge are an established and trusted age verification provider in the UK, and are able to verify your age in a matter of minutes. They will not run a credit check and you can rest-assured that your personal information is in trusted hands. They are used by a host of well-established companies, including eBay, who use their services for all of their ager verification checks. 

At times the age verification check may fail or be referred. Read these Conditions – for Product sales to Consumers

Because we can accept your Order and thus make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, it is important to you to read our Conditions carefully and to make sure that they contain everything which you want and nothing that you are not willing to agree to. IP Address Information

Each time you access information then we record what you access and the IP address you use to access the data. An IP address is a unique identifier given to you by your Internet provider when you connect to the Internet. This may differ each time you connect or be permanently assigned depending on your arrangements.

We use these addresses to track your movements, analyse broad trends such a geographical location and by such improve our quality of service. 

IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We shall also store your browser version to detect trends on what browsers people prefer. We may from time to time share information gathered in this way with our partners. This information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Batteries & Chargers:

Please note: While charging any battery purchased from us we strongly advise using our USB wall plug, DO NOT under any circumstances use USB charger on a battery lower than 900Mah. DO NOT under any circumstances use our USB charger on batteries from different manufacturers. DO NOT under any circumstances use any other USB wall charger other than one purchased from UK Aspire eCig Limited.

Product Safety and use

Aspire eCig UK in no way advertise any of our products as a cure to smoking or a cure to addiction of nicotine. The Electronic cigarette delivers nicotine to a person via the e-liquid substance. Nicotine is classed as a poison and is addictive/harmful to your health (You can view further information on this in the Safety section of our website). If you suffer from any sort of nicotine addiction or dependency you should consult your GP as an electronic cigarette or any of our other products are not cures or aids for your medical issues. As per previously mentioned in our terms and conditions you should consult a health professional before using any of our products. If you fail to do this you cannot hold Aspire eCig UK responsible in any way for the outcome of using our products. All product use and consumption is done at the customers own risk as per the liability section of the terms and conditions.

 

Terms & Conditions

It is implied by definition that by visiting our website and/or buying any of our products and/or services that you completely agree with our terms and conditions as set out below. If you disagree with any part of our terms and conditions you should immediately leave our website. If you wish for us to block you from accessing our website please contact us as soon as possible with your IP address.

 

Limitation of Liability and indemnity

Aspire eCig UK accept no liability and will not be responsible for any loss, claims, damage, injury, expense or suffering incurred as a result of any product or services provided by Aspire eCig UK. Any compensation or refunds shall be at the discretion of Aspire eCig UK and shall not exceed the value of the product provided. This disclaimer also applies to use of information supplied on our website and any information held in our back office systems.

Indemnification

The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold UK Aspire eCig Limited harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fee's asserted against UK Aspire eCig Limited, it's agents, third parties, manufacturers, customers, directors and employees, that may arise or result from any product or service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customers, its agents, employees or assignees. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UK Aspire eCig Limited against liabilities arising out of [but not limited to; any injury or medical condition to person or persons/property caused by any products/services sold or otherwise distributed in connection with/directly by UK Aspire eCig Limited, any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party.

Returns/Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our returns process is really straightforward: If you have a faulty item, contact customer services using our contact us form and return it to us as soon as possible and once we have checked it over and verified that it's faulty, we will either repair it (if agreed), supply you with a replacement it or issue you with a full refund (including shipping costs) - it's your choice! We cannot send pre-paid shipping labels for returns, but if your item is found to be faulty we will refund additional shipping costs at standard Royal Mail rates. If you do need to return an item to us, you must include the details, so your return can be processed properly.

You have 7 days from the date you make your payment to cancel your order, however as we aim to ship all items within 24 hours you can return the order to us unopened and in its original condition to receive account credit or a full refund (customer to pay shipping costs). When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postage is paid, the goods are correctly packaged and a tracked postal service is used if required.

Living document

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to visit our terms and conditions page on a regular basis as a customer in order to agree with them. You are also required to agree with our terms and conditions on checkout and this will form a formal legal contract with us. Our terms and conditions will be reviewed on a regular basis in accordance with local laws. If you feel these terms and conditions to be in any way unfair or bias you should NOT agree to them when making a purchase or using our website.

Restrictions

Purchases by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted. You must be eighteen years of age and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products.

Guarantee

We are Confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days.

A refund will only be issued on return of the items unopened and in original packaging.

P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Batteries have a 28 day guarantee and faulty items will only be replaced up to 28 days after purchase.

aspireeciguk.co.uk use Vivawallet to process your payment who use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected from any security risks, such as 3D Secure.

Conditions of Sale

  1. In these conditions of sale 'the website' means Aspireeciguk.co.uk.
  2. These conditions shall apply to all orders received and accepted unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the website. The giving of an order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  3. The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods in full by the customer.
  4. Claims in respect of goods damaged in transit or shortages must be notified to the website within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
  5. Claims for non-delivery of goods must be received by the website within 14 days of the date of the order.
  6. Product specifications and pricing are subject to change. Product images are intended as a guide only.
  7. The contract shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
